Please ensure that you have the copyright or permission from the owner for the image we are reproducing.
For more assistance on how to use our service, please see the answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
To upload a photo, click the "Select Photo" button and you will be directed to your computer's folders. Go to the folder where you store your photos and double-click on the file you would like to select. Then click on the "Upload" button and your photo will begin uploading to our system.
During the upload process, you should see a graphic illustrating the progress of your photo upload. It may take up to a minute or two to upload your photo depending on your connection speed and the size of your file.
Once your photo is uploaded you will see it on the screen in our editing tool.
If you want us to reproduce a physical photo, please digitise your image using a scanner at a minimum of 300dpi resolution and ideally 600dpi for best results. Alternatively please post it to us on the address shown on the Contact Us page with a covering letter explaining what you would like us to produce
Currently we only accept digital images in JPG format to ensure speed and efficiency of upload. If you want to use an alternative format, please post it to us or use a File Transfer Service such as www.yousendit.com
The resolution quality from most modern digital cameras will be suitable for digital reproduction. However, for best results, we recommend using a camera that is at least 2 megapixels. We utilize Fractal technology to enlarge images so we can obtain huge enlargements with minimal loss of detail.
